RETURNS
We do our best to assure your satisfaction with all of our pure, natural products, but part of the beauty of nature is its variety. If the products you receive do not meet your expectations based on the information we have given you on this site or in person, please let us remedy the situation up to the price you paid for the products and services from PersnickeTea, LLC. We cannot refund any Shipping Costs, but you do not have to return any tea. We can either send you a fresh batch of tea or issue a refund less a 15% processing fee.
If a product is damaged in transit to you, we can usually replace the damaged items up to $100 or the value of the items, whichever is less, through insurance.
